Seth Rogen, Zach Galifianakis & Bill Hader are some of the funniest guys on the planet on their own.  Can you image what putting them all in one movie will be like?  Hilarity is the Hope.

Science fiction, whether in the outer space or in a far, far away galaxy, is one segment of the film industry that movie lovers never seem to tire of. To attest to this, movies such as Star Wars: The Force Awakens, The Martian, Interstellar and Guardians Of The Galaxy are just some of the few outer space movies that have acclaimed the prestigious box office top positions. Even though it’s been quite some years since a comedy film was set in space, it has now been confirmed that a trio of some of the funniest actors in Hollywood are teaming up for a hazily-titled, space-set comedy.

According to reliable reports from the Hollywood Reporter, the super funny trio of Zach Galifianakis (Birdman), Seth Rogen (Neighbors) and Bill Hader (Trainwreck) will be teaming up for an upcoming super funny space-set comedy with a vague title, The Something. The upcoming sci-fi comedy follows a story of a group of male space astronauts who get lost in the space for many years before encountering another space ship, leading to utmost hilarity.

The movie is scripted by Rodney Rothman, who has previously written many comedic films including 22 Jump Street, Superbad and Grudge Match. This film will also offer Rothman the chance of making his directional debut, even though he has previously worked as an executive producer on Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Additionally, it has been confirmed that the space-set comedy will be produced by both Point Grey Pictures and Good Universe with Universal slated for distribution roles.

This upcoming movie will be some sort of a reunion for Hader and Rogen. The pair has worked on numerous projects together such as Superbad, Knocked Up and Pineapple Express. This will, however, be Galifianakis first time on the screen with Rogen, but his second project with Hader after they worked together on The Pity Card in 2006.

As at now, producers of the comedy are a little coy with several details about the project. Nonetheless, producers are hopeful that the inclusion of these three actors in the project will push every button and boundary to ensure that viewers are fully treated to lots of laughter made in space.
