As part of the hype for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie the marketing geniuses over at the studio decided to trick out an apartment TMNT style and put it on Airbnb.

In the world of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT), the Foot Clan and its leader Shredder are the most feared warriors and assassins so it wouldn’t be a good idea to spend a night in this Manhattan lair if you were trying to hide from them. Other than that, this is the moment that all TMNT fans have been waiting for their entire lives: a TMNT super gnarly hang out lair where you can spend time with the ninja turtles while honing your ninjitsu fighting skills, watch movies, eat pizza and shoot hoops.

And thanks to Airbnb and Viacom, TMNT fans can actually spend a night in a turtle lair that’s located above ground in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. The three-bedroom pad can host up to six fans with the opportunity of passing time, playing ball on the glow-in-the-dark basketball court, engage in the classic TMNT arcade game while enjoying free pizza- all at a cost of $10 per night, which is definitely the most amazing part of this rental plan.

“Hey guys! Looking for a dojo-style lair where you can hone your ninjitsu skills? Our undisclosed lair in Manhattan is the place,” reads the official Airbnb listing.

The accommodation that began on May 14th and runs until June 2nd comes with all the essentials including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and of course cable TV. Don’t expect the Turtles to make an appearance though. they’re probably busy saving the city.
