Environmentally-Conscious Murals Jump Off the Wall.
To raise the conversation about Earth, man’s role in global change and to ensure that this saddening case doesn’t remain the same, Swiss-based artists Christian Rebecchi and Pablo Togni have been creating giant murals in communities that at first glance look like playful works, but when you look closer you can see that the pair is exploring the relationship between mankind and nature.
Using the pseudonym NEVERCREW, the talented duo has mastered a distinct mixture of surreal and realism. They’re now creating gigantic street art murals that range from sculptures and installations to paintings. From depicting realistic-looking creatures such as polar bears, whales and colossal squids to painting fantasy scapes, these artists bring their hugely detailed pieces with perspective that’s captivating in every sense of the word.
In addition to the fact that the murals are done for a positive cause, the artworks are incredibly cool and seem to be jumping off their canvases as if they were actually alive and are bringing more life to otherwise drab canvases.
