Famous Classic Paintings on the Face

Two talented artists, Tatiana Jablonskaya and Oksana Vinogradova are showcasing some of the world’s most celebrated paintings from a totally different perspective.

Tatiana, who is a photographer and Oksana, who is a makeup artist, use a canvas that they only know well, their face, to create some of the most famous classic paintings such as “Starry Night” by Vincent Van Gogh and “The Scream” by Edvard Munch.

While it’s very difficult to use a human’s face as a canvas for recreating a renowned paintings, the Belarus-based duo astonish their audience by impeccably transforming these masterpieces to conform to the human face. The artists’ recreate their masterpieces with such fine details that it becomes very challenging for non-experts to differentiate them from the original paintings, well sort of.
