Could this also be referred to as getting “DiCaprio’d”?  “DiCapriated”?

Leonardo DiCaprio probably had the best night of his career at the 2016 Oscars. He finally won the award for Best Actor after more than two decades since his first nomination. However, it looks like a host of celebrities had even more fun pretending to be DiCaprio at Vanity Fair’s after party.

At their star-studded Oscars after party and on the red carpet, Vanity Fair gave a host of celebrities the opportunity face swap with DiCaprio, who was the man of the moment. Using the MSQRD app, celebrities applied DiCaprio’s face to their own with the results being posted to the magazine’s YouTube channel.

Celebrities such as Judd Apatow, Rebel Wilson, Vince Vaughn, Kate Upton, James Corden, Mindy Kaling, Jessica Alba, Michael Strahan and even DiCaprio’s mother used the app to turn into DiCaprio. Some took it a notch higher by offering their versions of acceptance speech in pretence to being DiCaprio himself. Conan O’Brien’s speech is one of our favorites;

“I knew this one was coming the moment I climbed inside that dead horse. I knew I was getting an Oscar,” O’Brien says.
