Everything goes through a transformation including corporate identities.
It’s true that we interact with them on a daily basis in our homes, on TV, on social media platforms and even out in the streets. In short, we can’t deny our unending love with some of the world-famous company logos. These logos not only enable the public to link the products or services to the companies they represent, but have somewhat grown to become part of our pop culture.
Without the logos and the unique branding that they bring to each company, the public wouldn’t be able to rightly differentiate the standard of quality brought by each product or service. They’re therefore very important to society.
While that’s not our main point, these logos have gone through many changes to reach their current status. They were designed just like any other piece of graphic art, but have evolved to become what they’re today. We know that every world-famous logo has an enthralling anecdote behind it, but that’s a story for another day.
For now, let’s take a look at how these major corporate logos have evolved from the original logo to the current one. Which logo do you love in their original form? Have your say in the comments section.
